Jen has been practicing and sharing Emotional Freedom Technique since 2005 when she studied it at Seeds for Change Wellness Center.   She began her study of healing arts four years earlier with massage therapy and has been interested in the mind, body connection ever since.   She also studied hypnotherapy and completed a year and a half program in Ayurveda Life Counseling.   She has witnessed amazing changes for herself and others around her with these techniques and is so grateful to share them with you.


Her favorite quote is "Be the change you wish to see in the world."


Jen also teaches kids yoga. Her inspiration to teach kids and teens yoga is to offer a loving and supportive space for kids to move, breath and have fun while growing there authentic best self.

Michelle is a profound healer through her Coaching in Conscious Connected Circular Breathing.


Originally from Minnesota and raised on a dairy farm.  Michelle studied fine arts in college and moved to the east coast to do graduate studies in weaving at Tyler School of Art.

After experiencing many different types of bodywork and healing the aches and pains of life Michelle decided to study massage therapy.  In 2000 she became a massage therapist and has been working with people ever since.  Bodywork is the form of art that has become her passion.  After working for a number of chiropractors Michelle decided to open her own studio.

Soul Center Massage and Bodywork is a culmination of her life’s work.  It is a Center that is dedicated to supporting healing through different modalities and where practioners can share space and inspire learning and healing for the community.

Lu Branigan is committed to helping people live a life of wellness and knows first-hand the healing power of real food. Developing three autoimmune diseases by the time she was 40, propelled her to change her lifestyle and return to her roots… and vegetables! Now, symptom free, she is inspired to share her experience and knowledge so that others may benefit.

Lu has studied nutrition and cooking for over 15 years and is currently nearing the end of a three-year accredited program in Holistic Nutrition. She has over 35 years of experience in education and counseling and enjoys working with clients of all ages and backgrounds.


Her areas of focus include gut health, stress reduction, weight management and detoxification. She offers nutritional support and protocols for various health challenges including diabetes, cardiovascular disease and autoimmune disorders.
