Distance Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.  It increases overall sense of well-being, provide calmness to stressful situations, aid in acceleration of healing process, strengthens the immune system, increases energy, provide clarity for decision making, and can provide emotional, mental and spiritual support.  Some people schedule reiki during times they know they will need support, and other times when they simply want to relax more.
