Meditation is a mind-body practice that reduces stress and physical tension. It improves our brainwaves offering a sense of calmness, increased creativity, motivation, and clarity. A regular practice can lower high blood pressure, improve our immune system and help balance hormones.
Come join us to learn meditation techniques to experience a gentle reset from the stresses of the day. Practicing in a group setting offers support to stay present and rise above the challenges of slowing down.
Jennifer Merritt welcomes all who seek to calm the mind, reduce anxiety and gain clarity. Beginner and all are welcome. You do not need to know or be good at mediation to begin to enjoy this experience.
