The simple yet powerful practice of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is accessible to anyone who is open to learning and applying it in their life.
Practice, Practice, Practice! Our wellness circle is a space to gain experience and results with EFT – in a supportive and safe environment.
We will participate in discussion and share feedback on how EFT has been useful in our lives. Jen will offer a healing session with EFT. Each class will offer a topic and then a practice session. Sometimes we will practice as a group, sometimes in pairs. There will be plenty of opportunity for both community and personal exploration and growth.
Each class is tailored to you. For individual attention sign up for this 5 week class and receive a weekly 90 minutes class.
